Date night was 100/10. Food was outstanding but the real star of the show was the service. Our sushi chef Frandy delivered a real experience for us with great recommendations, yummy food, and just overall had the vibe that he loved what he does! You can’t get service like that these days. I work in the industry and I’m always watching how people work and his service was second to none. Thanks for a great evening we will be back!

ROE, LUIS, and DAVID were absolutely incredible! They curated our entire experience perfectly and gave us the best recommendations. They made my best friend’s birthday so special, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the quality, presentation, and service were all outstanding. The sushi chefs made the experience so fun and memorable. If you come here, you HAVE to sit at the sushi bar and ask for Roe, Luis, and David. They will make your night unforgettable. Hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for an absolute masterpiece of a dining experience in the city Uchi Miami completely blows everything else out of the water. The vibe inside is sleek modern and incredibly high energy making it the perfect backdrop for a special night out. The food here is next level and a total sensory experience. Every single dish that comes out of the kitchen and the sushi bar is a work of art with incredibly fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations that surprise you in the best way possible. The quality of the fish is pristine and the balance of textures in their signature tastings is completely flawless. The service is just as impressive with a staff that is highly knowledgeable attentive and guiding you through the menu perfectly. Their beverage program is top tier as well featuring amazing craft cocktails and an exceptional sake and wine selection. It is easily one of the best premium culinary experiences around and worth every single penny. Highly recommended

One of the best meals and service I’ve had. Nelly went above and beyond to serve us and to make my mom feel special on her birthday. She offered us a birthday scallop nigiri which was so fresh and buttery. The uchi lunch is such a good deal and will leave you full. Nelly explained what each item we got served was, how it was prepared and how to eat it. Will 100% be back, one of my new favorite restaurants. Very highly recommend!

This was an incredible experience for tastings of different fish. Their menu is very elaborate and their dishes are very well thought out in reference to the combinations and pairings they put together. Their cocktails were pretty enjoyable. Our favorite dishes had to be the flounder and brisket, they were so flavorful and the brisket melted in my mouth. Service was extraordinary, they were very cautious about our allergies. Definitely an amazing experience 😍
